A problem with a payment?

Include the payment date and receipt or checkout email. Please don’t send card numbers. Support payments can be refunded on request within 14 days. Read the refund policy.

Looking for your plans?

Open Time Fit in the same browser or installed app you used before. Plans live on your device; we can’t recover them from a server. If you exported a backup, choose Backups and settings → Restore a backup.
